01 / The starting point

Expertise that needed a digital audience.

Sharma Biotech had horticulture expertise, but its digital footprint was small. The supplied starting snapshots show a Facebook page with essentially no followers and an Instagram account with 498 followers and 51 posts when Viashiv Digital took over on 17 July.

The opportunity was to make that expertise discoverable and useful to people who had not yet heard of the brand.

02 / The approach

Research first. Then a blueprint.

We researched audience questions, content gaps, competitors and seasonal opportunities, then built a plan for each platform. The work included a logo and consistent brand identity, educational horticulture content, curiosity-led topics for non-followers, Google and search improvements, and regular performance reviews.

Content was designed to educate and build trust instead of repeatedly promoting products. The team kept refining topics and formats based on what audiences responded to.

03 / Channel by channel

One strategy, distinct roles.

Facebook

Reach and conversation

Facebook Insights in the PDF show 1,730,884 views and 845,914 3-second views for 18 July–15 September. A separate 28-day snapshot, 19 August–15 September, shows 1,400,123 views and 44,154 engagements. The report also cites an average of 43 daily messaging conversations.

Instagram

Discovery through content

The reported follower count grew from 498 to 2,789. Several reels reached 10K–40K+ views. A Macadamia post was identified as a breakout, with more than 400K views in a week and most reach coming from non-followers.

YouTube

Long-form authority

YouTube became a place to build trust and answer deeper questions. The supplied channel screenshot shows 11.8K+ subscribers and 116 videos; the report also cites 1.3M+ channel views.

Search and enquiries

Connect attention to action

Google and SEO work supported discovery beyond social platforms. The strategy connected YouTube trust, Facebook and Instagram reach, and WhatsApp enquiries into a broader customer journey.

04 / The outcome

From a small footprint to organic demand.

The report describes a move from near-zero Facebook presence to more than 10K followers, alongside stronger Instagram and YouTube audiences. It also reports approximately 9 lakh leads or enquiries within 1.8 months, and says the client later requested fewer posts because of the volume of sales demand. This business result is presented as reported in the case study; it is separate from the platform metrics shown in screenshots.

The lesson behind the work: useful ideas, consistent publishing and ongoing optimisation can turn subject-matter expertise into attention and enquiries.
